Please find and download the signature form for the available positions for the Spring 2026 Election Cycle:
The deadline to email your signed forms to fsusba@gmail.com is Sunday, March 1, 2026 at 5:00pm. Forms require 3o signatures each. Candidates should also submit their headshots and campaign statements by the same deadline.
