Elections Info Meeting and Town Hall were huge successes. Over 60 attendees today. All food eaten at both meetings
Elections in-person on Wednesday, Sept. 10. ELLS handling set up, check-in, and break down. If run-off is needed, virtual ballots will be sent out Thursday

Community Outreach/Alumni - 2 spots (filled)
Social Media - 1 spot (filled)
Election Certification: Needs to be signed and posted on social media
Med/Law Social - Thu. Sept. 25
Need a poster + set up squarespace link: Launch next Monday, Sep. 15
Shifts for Med/Law: Recruiting 6-8 med school volunteers
Semiformal - Sat. Oct. 18
Save the Date needs to go out next week → HHL can you start working on casino-style

Going to be starting up Halloween (AKA, Scarrister’s)!

Tailgate: May need flyer soon to get ahead on Nole Central order. Parking spots?
Golf: We are in with Southwood! Dates: Friday, February 27
We can all start the long prelim process but this could be a huge event so get excited!
May need to start a pseudo-committee for this.
Brief Summary: 9AM shotgun start, Minimum of 70 golfers (cap of 80. Monitors on holes. 18 holes.
Sponsorship: All hands on deck, Emailing going door to door. If you get a sponsorship package – you get a hole. Work with Alumni Office and Administration to get alumni information.
Raffle: Door to door - see if businesses want to participate

HHL to print 15 1L forms and 5 Transfer Forms
AL proof read, check dates, and add pictures of last year’s events to powerpoint.
Need to add slides for committee chairs. Jack Rowan will update COGS slides, so don’t worry about those. Once we have all candidates + headshots, we will need to create a powerpoint highlighting each candidate for their speeches for Town Hall.
Changing Election Day to Wednesday, Sept. 10, to give more time to campaign. Info Meeting and Town Hall staying the same.

URGENT-ISH: We don’t wanna let tailgate slip through the cracks before Semi. Planning might also require a little more detail this year considering we and Miami are actually good. A couple of items to note:
PARKING SPOTS: Do we have any leads on this? Who helped us out last year? I can help if needed but we need to get ahead on this due to likely higher demand.
GENERATOR: Callari, can we ask your friends if we can use their generator again this year? If not all good we just need to know early so we can adjust.

Southwood update: went today and got the GM’s contact info. Gonna hopefully get in touch with him this week.

Planning: Decorations Meeting - Tuesday 6 PM - HHL, OSC, and OC. Need to have a meeting with med school to talk about check-in/clean up and updates!
Spoke with DJs: They are good to go. They have their own equipment and said we can give a song list no later than a week before.
Spoke with Recess: Good to go. We can set up 6-7:30, and drop off decorations the day before. Extra details:
They have brand new lights and can make them whatever colors we want. They have TVs we can use if we want
