What went right:
Champions Club was extremely easy to work with at the event, very accommodating to various changes and request
Food spread was fantastic and I think we ordered nearly the perfect amount
Table games were a huge hit, every table was full all night
They turned all the College Football games on
Hearing lots of great feedback, so despite some hiccups, I think mostly everyone had a great time
What went wrong:
Security did not arrive until after 8:30, despite scheduled for 7:45
Lines were incredibly long
Lighting situation could have been better, but still was okay
Didn’t need that many/large enough speakers for the venue
No microphone for announcements
Decoration company did not bring the ordered backdrop (getting refunded)
Not enough chips.

I start legislative fellows this Friday, so my availability is about to be severely limited compared to before.
I will still be handling base Treasurer/financial duties, but we are about to get things in motion on Golf (which will be a big process), so that is the only event I will have time to take point on/take on a bigger role with.
Tailgate: An even bigger success than usual, thank you to all involved and an even bigger shoutout to the Riscigno family
Semi: Nole Central request placed, having to wrangle a couple docs to get it approved. This is a big opportunity to sell gold memberships. Explain the perks of gold memberships. Explain how great semi will be: nice catering menu, whole Casino service, DJ/Photographer/Photo Drop, Champions Club views.
Golf: Contract signed.
I would like to have a meeting Sunday evening to begin planning process. Please let me know if you want to attend, or if you know someone outside the board who wants to be very involved.
